OneStar: Strategies to Achieve Social Impact

Organizational Assessment Project

Are you looking for ways to strategically plan for your organization's future? Do you need a tool to help you assess your strengths and areas for improvement? Participate in the Organizational Assessment Program utilizing the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT)!

The CCAT is an online survey tool developed by the TCC Group. Hundreds of nonprofit organizations across the country have utilized the CCAT to strengthen their organizations. This tool is the most comprehensive of its kind, allowing for a confidential self-assessment of your organization's core capacities based on the input of board leaders, key staff and senior volunteers. It also offers specific activities and strategies to empower organizational growth based on your results.

This program:

  • Engages key stakeholders in reviewing organizational priorities.
  • Creates a quick and accurate snapshot of your organization’s capacity.
  •  Depicts where your organization is in terms of mission impact.
  • Offers strategic response ideas and activities for organizational growth.

One key benefit of the CCAT includes receiving a report that offers a prioritized list of recommendations to build your organization's capacity. These recommendations will include:

  • Actions your organization can take on its own.
  • Actions it can take with outside help.
  • Additional reading and resources to support your organization’s learning and development.
