From program management to volunteer recruitment, from mentor screening to match monitoring, from how mentors communicate with program staff to how they communicate with their mentees and from program marketing to soliciting donors, new technology can have a direct impact on youth mentoring programs. This year, we address some of these aspects of how technology--like online program management systems, social networking tools and Web marketing--either helps or hinders youth mentoring relationships and the programs that support them. Our goal, as always, is for participants to walk away with concrete tools and practical suggestions to easily implement into their new or existing programs, making both attendees and their programs stronger and better able to serve their communities.

Thanks to a generous donor, we are pleased to announce that our registration fees are even lower than last year!

--"Early bird" rates by December 11, 2009, are $130 for two days and $75 for one day.
--Regular rates after December 11, 2009, are $150 for two days and $85 for one day.
--Discounts are available for Bay Area Mentoring member programs.
