Development and Communications Professionals Town Hall

The Development and Communications Professionals Town Hall is a unique chance to share common challenges and get real-life solutions from those who know your world best: your fellow nonprofit development and communications staff! A pre-event survey will help you get to know the others in attendance, and prioritize the hot topics that you and your peers most want to discuss. The event kicks off with lunch and a series of three small group discussions, led by our community’s most experienced nonprofit fundraisers and marketing experts. These intimate and focused discussions will introduce you to dozens of your peers who represent organizations similar to yours and to others from different types of organizations who share the same challenges. After lunch, the entire group will gather in Zach Scott’s Whisenhunt arena--a theatre in the round-for a moderated Town Hall-style discussion about the most pressing issues we all face. After the event, the networking and knowledge-sharing continues when you receive contact information for all those who participated (and agree to share their info). You’ll also receive a follow-up set of materials that specifically address the issues covered in the Town Hall, which will be compiled by materials from Greenlights and any Town Hall attendee who has a great resource to share.
