Are you looking for an innovative way to increase your unrestricted revenue?
Do you have an idea for a business venture that could earn income and help you address your mission? The Center for Nonprofit Management and Community Wealth Ventures invite you to attend a free half-day workshop titled "Getting Started with Social Enterprise: Increasing Mission Impact and Organizational Sustainability." The workshop is designed to introduce nonprofit organizations to social entrepreneurship through a series of interactive exercises and examples.

During the workshop, participants will:

  • Understand the concept of social enterprise.
  • Understand the benefits and risks of embarking on a social enterprise.
  • Identify and assess organizational assets that could be leveraged for a social enterprise opportunity.
  • Brainstorm potential social enterprise opportunities that map to these assets.

Upon completion of the workshop, nonprofit executives will have identified potential earned income opportunities and be ready to assess the feasibility of these opportunities.
