About the Program
The RGK Center provides opportunities for nonprofit executives to become more effective leaders and managers of their organizations. In this practitioner?focused program, we analyze real?world situations of nonprofit leaders trying to solve challenging problems along with relevant research to help frame the broader management issues being discussed. The program requires active participation by attendees in return for specific tools and frameworks for immediate implementation. Program instructors are faculty of the LBJ School of Public Affairs, the College of Communication and the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas or other affiliated universities.
