This series is an intensive three-day program for Executive Directors who 1) have been in the Executive Director position for less than three years and 2) are looking for fast-track training on skill development. The speakers will discuss leadership, management, working with the board, fundraising, planning, marketing, policies, legal issues, financial management, human resources and change management.
