Proper identification and treatment of an organization's costs are determining factors in winning awards that will sustain an organization. Managers of nonprofit organizations quickly discover the challenges of receiving funds for indirect costs.
In this class, participants will gain a working knowledge of how to properly handle operating costs in order to maximize funding for total organizational costs (indirect and direct). During this three-hour interactive class, participants will learn:- Basic cost principles compliant with OMB Circular A-122.
