The Case Statement Clinic is the most powerful tool in funds development! It is the future-oriented story of a community problem and the change generated by an organization's work, told in a compelling manner with client stories and statistics.

In this hands-on workshop, participants construct and present their key message statements, leaving with a useable outline and framework for drafting a strong case statement. This clinic can help create the basis for an organization's personal solicitations, direct mail campaigns, written proposals, speeches, brochures and even communications with the media.

Some questions addressed in the clinic are: How do you communicate about your organization to current and prospective donors? What materials really show donors the change their gifts create? How do you describe the issue your organization addresses and the impact of your work? How do you ensure the messages communicated by board members and staff are consistent? And how do you shape inspiring messages that move diverse constituents to action?
