The National Conference on Volunteering and Service is the largest gathering of individuals solving community challenges through social engagement. Convened by the Corporation for National and Community Service and Points of Light Institute, the conference connects leading innovators to dynamic strategies and creative ideas that drive change.

Our conference is a gathering of global service fellows, innovators and activists engaging in dialog and learning. For the thousands of individuals devoted to redefining citizenship for the 21st century through volunteering and service, the conference provides a worldwide voice for this movement.

The audience at the conference includes corporate attendees, educators, international organizations, grassroots community leaders, and representatives of the faith community. These volunteer and service leaders have an unparalleled opportunity to learn, connect and take home dynamic strategies to create greater impact and effectiveness in meeting social needs.

In recent years, we have had an incredible line-up of prestigious speakers, including First Lady Michelle Obama, Presidents George H.W. Bush and Jimmy Carter, artist Jon Bon Jovi, actor Matthew McConaughey, actress and activist Ruby Dee, civil rights icons John Lewis and Andrew Young, comedian John Oliver, media personalities such as Robin Roberts, Arianna Huffington, David Gergen and Joe Scarborough, and political leaders like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and California First Lady Maria Shriver.
