Beleaguered nonprofits are struggling to grapple with the massive changes implemented with the new IRS Form 990 requirements. The presenters will share examples of difficult issues they encountered guiding nonprofit clients through the complex, confusing and confounding paperwork and new definitions in the revised tax reporting forms.
This seminar will address issues of concern and interest to accounting and legal professionals who perform services for nonprofits, financial staff members of nonprofits and board treasurers. Participants should be familiar with nonprofit administration or accounting.
