OneStar Foundation is partnering with the United Way of Greater Houston to provide training to senior leadership of Texas nonprofits.  Participants will receive information about the challenges of leading a nonprofit organization, from style of leadership to growth issues faced across the sector.

Afternoon Session:

• Generational challenges - understanding emerging leaders
• Developing next tier leadership
• Panel discussion: nonprofit CEOs and board leaders communicate frankly about the issues they face
